The 1619 Project Education Conference
The Pulitzer Center’s 1619 Project Education Conference is a virtual webinar celebrating the innovative learning models developed by a network of educators to share the 1619 Project and its valuable resources with students. Participants include educators from across the United States who have created and implemented educational materials based on the 1619 Project.
As video editor for this projet, I reviewed the webinar footage to identify impactful quotes that effectively communicate the educational value of the teacher cohort. It was important to present the information quickly while ensuring accessibility and comfortable pacing. Program branding and design were done by Lucy Crelli.
